What is www.BehaviorInSchools.com?

My name is Tom Stacho and I am the staff development and training director with www.BehaivorInSchools.com.  I provide training, consultation and coaching services throughout the country to schools and agencies on school-wide, classroom and individual student positive behavior interventions and supports.

My education career spans 30 years and includes a variety of positions ranging  from classroom teacher to school psychologist to program coordinator. I hold an Education Specialist (Ed.S.)  degree in school psychology from Kent State University.

I'm a member of the Adjunct Faculty at Ashland University.  I have provided workshops and presentations at numerous professional conferences, and have been involved in training and consultation services with schools, agencies, and alternative programs throughout the United States.  I'm a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and enjoy long distance bicycling, hiking and progressive rock music.   My positive and proactive approach to behavior management is brought to life through BehaviorInSchools professional development and consultation.

My workshops and trainings are delivered in a very friendly, straightforward manner where participants learn and practice skills they can implement within their school and/or classroom the next day.

In my blog, I will be bringing the latest and most effective supports, strategies and intervention resources to our readers.  Areas that will be address include School-Wide Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports, Positive and Proactive Approaches to Classroom Behavior Management and strategies working with Challenging and Disruptive Students.

Check out what professional development and support I can bring to you and your staff at www.BehaviorInSchools.com
